1. Use baking soda for srubs. Mix a small amount of baking soda with water to form a paste. Then gently massage the paste into your skin for 15 to 20 seconds. GENTLY! Rinse your face with water and pat it dry with a clean face towel.

2. Apply either lemon juice, lime juice or vinegar. These 3 solutions are rich in citric acid and exfoliates your skin very well. It stops the growth of acne spots.

3. Beat egg whites until foamy and apply them directly to your face. Let it set for 15 mins before rinsing it off.

4. Applying aloe vera can prevent scarring, fade marks and heal acne spots.

5. After applying your facial wash, use sugar to scrub your face at least once a day before rinsing everything off.

6. Soak cottom pads with mint juice and apply it to your face daily.

7. Apply crushed marigold leaves on acne.

8. Boil and mash plums to accumulate 8 teaspoons of pulp which you will then add 1 teaspoon of almond oil, mix it well and apply the mixture to your face.

9. You can make a paste of turmeric powder and apply evenly on the acne.

10. Mix neem leaves paste, a quater teaspoon of turmeric powder, sandalwood paste and a gram of floor. Apply the mixture on your face until dry before rinsing.

With the above remedies, you have more then enough to get rid of acne dark spots and acne itself.
